Hotel Rivalago Sulzano, Sulzano

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, but there was a bit of a horrendous smell lingering. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very attentive and efficient. The location was excellent, although a bit hard to find initially. The dining experience was outstanding in every way, but the buffet setup felt less charming. The facilities were great overall.

The hotel offers spacious, clean, and very pretty rooms with a slight view of the lake. While not as nicely designed as the communal areas, they are clean and comfortable. The hotel provides a terrace for guests' relaxation, located behind the hotel in a separate block.

The service was top-notch; they took pains in selecting, motivating, and training everyone to provide exclusive travel experiences with local knowledge. The location was simply magical, overlooking Lake Iseo, offering a nice lakeside setting with a private garden and pool/jacuzzi. Dining was a pleasure, especially with the French bread and the lovely lakeside view. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.
